Coco Before Chanel is a film directed by Anne Fontaine, about the life of the French fashion designer Coco Chanel. Coco Before Chanel is the story of Gabrielle Coco Chanel, who began her life as headstrong orphan, and through an extraordinary journey became the legendary couturier who embodied the modern woman and became a timeless symbol of success, freedom and style. The reason I recognize this film is that I think the spirit of Chanel is worth for us to learn.

推薦此片的理由是我認為香奈兒執著不放棄的態度很值得人學習，她的態度是她成功的一大關鍵。

The Devil Wears Prada
穿著prada的惡魔

The story tells the professional adventure of Andrea, whose dream is to become a journalist. Andrea gets a job in the fashion industry through Runway magazine. Her boss Miranda is a merciless, posh and cruel woman, making the experience a living hell for the girl. The environment in the place will be cold and extremely critical with the physical appearance. Andrea will have to change her simple and plain style, for a more trendy and elegant one, in order to gain the acceptance of her ruthless boss and colleagues. With the help of one of the magazine's fashion editors, she gets a complete makeover and a new security. However, with her new appearance and the demands placed on her, she starts to lose her friends, family and her boy friend. As she goes to Paris with Miranda, she is forced to make the decision of her life.

The Day After Tomorrow

A look at what the world would look like if the greenhouse effect and global warming continued. At the center of the story is a paleoclimatologist, Professor Jack Hall, who tries to save the world from the effects of global warming while also trying to get to his son, Sam, who was in New York City as part of a scholastic competition, when the city was overwhelmed by the chilling beginnings of the new Ice Age. In addition to all of the other challenges Dr. Hall faces, he's also going against the flow as humanity races south to warmer climes, and he's nearly the only one going north. Jack must go from Washington D.C. to New York, but on the way some things happen. It 's almost kills all of them.
氣候學家傑克霍爾觀察史前氣候研究指出，溫室效應帶來的全球暖化將會引發地球空前災難。傑克博士曾警告政府官員採取預防行動，但警告顯然已經太晚。霍爾博士急告副總統宣布北緯30度以南全美民眾盡速向赤道方向撤離，該線以北民眾要盡量保暖。就在此時，霍爾博士得知兒子山姆身在紐約沒有撤離，於是決定冒險前進紐約在冰天雪地中展開救援行動。
這部片告訴我們環境保護的重要，如果不珍惜地球，可能會導致環境異變，它讓我們思考環保的重要性，畢竟地球只有一個，如果不好好珍惜，最後人類也會自取滅亡，這是我推薦這部片的原因。
